Single / double room (Woolwich/Charlton)

Lovely Grade II listed building on five levels, I have a bedroom single/double sized bed (a single day bed that does pull out to a double bed). The bedroom is at the back of the house so quiet and overlook the garden space. This room also has a small desk, TV with DVD and the available to connect to Virgin TV if required. It also has a wardrobe and some book shelving. Access to the garden as well as use of the wonderful kitchen and dinning rooms as part of the common parts. Some personal attic space may be available if requested and the rooms are lockable with keys.

10 minutes walk to Woolwich Dockyard which gets you into Charing X in 30mins; London Bridge or Cannon Street in 20/25 minutes. The 486/422 bus stops just up the road and gets you to North Greenwich tube in 15 minutes and you can walk or a 5min bus to a DLR with City Airport a few stops away. On street parking on roads either side and its free.

I like to keep the house clean and tidy and either everyone takes a share of this weekly or we agree to get a cleaner.

Professional person or student wanted that is working / studying during the day and easy going as well as flexible.

All bills included (electricity & gas (set amount, but monitored month by month which is divided if this is over the set amounts), council tax, wifi, virgin TV service, water, etc), except house phone and float for joint consumables, as well as cleaner if cleaning not shared.  £800 in advance for security deposit.

There is free parking on the roads either side as well!
