GWM is looking for superreliable housemate in a fantastic house in Crystal Palace Area (Beulah Hill). Quiet area, overlooking London, close to all the amenities.

You share a whole house with mostly just one other person. Spacious and bright. Your room is large and warm, quiet and bright and furnished , see pics and video. The bed is kingsize and very comfortable.

The rest of the house is shared with one woman and myself, although I mostly work abroad so most of the time it'd just be you and Melanie from Germany (Deutschland), sharing a whole spacious three-bedroom house. We both are working, so the house is not a party house, though we enjoy the odd glass of wine in company now and then.

Melanie is straight, but I am a gay male, so you'd need to be gay/friendly, male or female!

Nicely decorated, massive georgeous bathroom with a large bath tub, and private sunny garden for you to enjoy if you so wish, the kitchen has everything you'd expect including dishwasher.

The house is in in SE19 3NP in ZONE 3 and close to lots of transport links; West Norwood in walking distance, frequent trains to Victoria, London Bridge and Clapham Junction, Buses to Streatham Hill, Streatham Common, Clapham, Crystal Palace (Tube station), Express Bus to Waterloo (35 min). Please check beforehands if the location is convenient for you! If you decide rather on transport links than quality of living, the room might not be right for you.

On-Street-Parking, free of charge and always available (quiet road).

Room only to rent out to a single person.

Must be non-smoking and clean.

I offer the room for including all bills. We share a cleaner, so please consider an additional of £ 15 twice a month.
