One double room

One double room is available in our home in Upper Norwood (Zone 3) with multiple commuter options to different areas of London within close proximity (including Express bus service during peak hours to Central London). Shops/supermarkets, restaurants/cafes, gym,/leisure centre and several parks are also located within walking distance

Our home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two receptions, one big kitchen diner and garden. You will share one bathroom with another lodger but you will have your own fridge/freezer in the kitchen. The rent is £560/month inclusive of all bills including wifi .

About ourselves: we are a couple originally from Indonesia that have lived in London for over 30 years. We enjoy travelling, learning about other cultures, theatre and socialising.

As our children have grown up and left home we started letting out our spare rooms more than 3 years ago. We have one lodger and we are looking for another one as my son has now moved back home to pursue a new career in the film industry.

We would like everyone to feel comfortable at home, so we are looking for people who are responsible , yet easygoing and considerate of other's needs, spaces and opinions. In return we hope that you find here not only a room but a home to rest after a hard day.
