Double room to rent in light spacious flat

My lovely flatmate has just moved out so I have a double room to rent in my flat in leafy Crystal Palace. The gaff is a split level maisonette so feels really spacious. It faces the sun in the daytime so is nice and light. There is a small balcony from the living room, private garden and parking (I don't have a car so free to use). The flat is recently decorated with new furniture, a refurbished bathroom and brand new boiler/central heating system.
The room comes furnished with double bed with under storage, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and small shelves. There is still room to fit a desk and bookshelf if you wish.

It's just down from either Crystal Palace or Anerley station. Crystal Palace is in Zone 3 in South East London and on the East London line, London Bridge and Victoria/Clapham Junction line. I'm just down from the massive park with Victorian dinosaurs and sports centre and the triangle (where all the cafes/bars are).

About me: I'm an animation filmmaker and spend half the week teaching and half the week working on freelance work. I'm pescetarian and would prefer meat not to be cooked in the flat but am open to discussion.
I'd like to share with someone who has their own life and friends but is up for a cheeky pint every now and again or a glass of wine in the living room after a hard day at work!
