Double room to rent in newly refurbished ground floor flat with garden Beckenham/Penge

Hi!

I have a double room for rent in my flat in south east London.

The flat has recently been refurbished with brand new kitchen, bathroom and all appliances to a high spec.

The room comes with small double bed wardrobe and chest of drawers. Size of room is 11. 5ft x8. 5ft.

Flat is served by Kent house train station which is a 2 min walk and clock house about 5 min walk away.

Tesco metro and the end of the road and sainsburys is two min walk away

Lovely beckenham spa gym is about 5 min walk away

Me:
I'm a 27 year old child protection social worker and can work very long hours at time! Other than that I'm outgoing pretty laid back and enjoy the normal going out with mates, shopping and partying as well as staying in and watching films.

The flat is generally a chilled out place but may have the odd mate round now and then - no wild parties!!!

I'm a clean and tidy person and tend to spend my evenings relaxing. The room is a small double but my room is pretty big so use of the large living room will usually be up for your use.

Broadband &sky + included. No parking restrictions and gorgeous garden with sole use ( although I need a lawn mower desperately!!) perfect for BBQ in the summer!
