Lovely Sunny Room in Conservation Area SE20

Hi I have to let a lovely sunny double room in a Victorian Cottage in Alexandra Cottages Conservation Area Penge SE20. I have a dog so you must be an animal lover.
The room itself has double glazing, central heating, stripped floors, two built in cupboards giving ample storage and an original but non working fireplace. The room next door is set up as a living room with easy chair, desk and bookcase. I just use the two cupboards for storage so it is nearly yours!!
The kitchen and bathroom are modern, the kitchen being large enough to eat in, both shared with me, and there is a lovely garden to use as well. There is parking in the road.
Transport links are plentiful with buses going into London, Croydon and Bromley. There are quick train links into Victoria, London Bridge, Canary Warf, Bromley and Croydon.
I am not in a hurry to rent...I am more concerned in finding the right person. You are probably between 26yrs and 50yrs, professional with a 9 - 5 job or similar, relatively quiet, and very clean and tidy in shared areas
References are essential, credit checks will be made and a deposit of £1000 is required. The rent is inclusive of broadband, water and council tax but gas and electricity is shared.
