Lovely Double Room In Warm Hospitable Luxury Home

Comfortable home with friendly cosmopolitan atmosphere. the house is newly decorated to high standard with wooden floors throughout and bathrooms are modern marble floored. Bedrooms with ensuite bathroom can sleep one, two or three sharing. we have 5 Bedrooms for single or double occupancy - second person in the room is charged £50 per week extra on top of room charge for single which includes bills. Three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and two others with in room sink and shared bathroom. we also have two additional cloakrooms and a wet room.
One of the double ensuite rooms is more or less self contained with ensuite bathroom and its own TV cable - and also has a small fridge and microwave for convenience (although cooking done in main kitchen - this is handy backup) large walk in cupboard / store, it is at the top of the house so secluded with a lovely view of park. japanese style décor carpeted tatami room which is beautiful room with soothing atmosphere.
wifi, plus many amenities shared kitchen, utility room with washer dryer; large lounge / sitting room with TV DVD and cable channels, actual tv not present in bedrooms apart from japanese room which has its own TV ; good reception for internet channels. soundproofed music practice room, large garden. crystal palace park right opposite with sports centre, running track and fields plus life size dinosaur models. very close to stations on three main lines serving victoria; london bridge and clapham junction westwards - victoria 15 mins - parking available.
we are great hosts and used to having guests from all nationalities and age ranges. linen provided.
The area is an extremely popular location with many restaurants of high quality and diverse cuisine - thai, japanese, indian, classic english, pizza etc plus Joanna's is one of the best loved Brasserie restaurants in Crystal Palace. Critically acclaimed in all good food guides.
