We have a double bedroom for you in a lovely house in Brixton right next to Ruskin Park.

Current housemates are a dashing young man by the name of Noel and the lovely Camilla, who both work in Film and TV. We are seeking another young, social professional to fill up the third room.

The room is of medium size and comes with a double bed, built in wardrobe and other various furnishings.

The house itself is situated behind Kings College Hospital on a lovely road which backs up onto Ruskin Park. We have good transport links with Denmark Hill and Loughborough Junction trains and excellent bus availability. We are about a 15 minute walk from Brixton Underground (10 if you walk fast!)

We have a large living area with a dining room and living room which is fully furnished. A large kitchen, nice garden, roof terrace and plenty of room to mingle around without getting in each others way.

We will require a 6 week deposit and there will be a charge for references by our landlord, we also have a pet rabbit who lives with us, she is fully housetrained, low maintenance and very sweet.
