Large double in well connected location

Hi,

The room to rent is a large double room in a spacious 4 bed, furnished house in Oval/Kennington (12 minute walk from both tube stations). The four of us have been living here since September and I'm currently in the process of moving out of London to be closer to work and family.
The house has a large communal living room which is ideal for having friends over and just relaxing in the evening. The house is set back from the road and is in a gated community.

The room: The bedroom is on the top floor of the house and is away from the road, making it very peaceful at night! The room is large and has three big cupboards which makes storing clothes and other items very easy. The bathroom is shared with the other housemate on the top floor and has a bath/shower and a toilet.
The room is furnished by the landlord and consists of a double bed, desk, chair and cupboards.

Current tenants:
Currently living in the house are three friendly, female young professionals. They tend to be quite busy with full time jobs but do enjoy socialising at the weekends and a catch up in the evenings.

Potential housemate:
The current housemates are keen to have another girl move into the house who likes meeting new people but is independent as well as sociable.
Ideally would be aged between 21 and 30 and has a job.

The area:
This house is in between Oval and Kennington and is a 12 minute walk from both tube stations which are both on the Northern Line. It is also a 25 minute (according to google maps.. I walk it every morning in 17) from Vauxhall which has national rail links and access to the Victoria line.
There is also many bus stops around the area. Bus stops for buses to: Victoria, Vauxhall, Paddington, Hyde Park, London Bridge, Clapham and Brixton (to name some a few) are all within a ten minute walk from the house. There also plenty of night buses that go within a 5 minute walk of the house.

Other details:
-Three toilets in the house
-2 car parking spaces (not currently used by housemates)
-Washing machine in kitchen
-Microwave/kettle in kitchen
-Co-operative and Tesco Express are both less than a ten minute walk away
-Restaurants (including Pizza Express) and a few pubs are also less than a 20 minute walk away
-Pure Gym is less than a ten minute walk away
-Kennington Park less than a ten minute walk away
-TV in living room (belongs to one of the housemates)

Costs:
-Rent: £672 per month - to be paid by the 16th
-Agency fees: £150
-Bills: Approximately £75 per month (including wi-fi, gas, electricity, water, council tax - Council tax has currently been paid up until the end of March).
-Deposit: £930 (when we moved in when we paid for a thorough inventory to be taken to assist with receiving full deposit when moving out)

Would be looking for a housemate to move in for 3 months starting on the 16th of February at the latest. I'm flexible to move out earlier if this better suits you. This is ideal for people moving to London for their first time and want to look around at the area a bit more!
