Large Double In Peckham/Dulwich Sublet October

Nice double room available from 1st to 31st OCTOBER 2014, in our lovely 3 bedroom house, between East Dulwich, Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill stations.

I am going away for a month so I am looking for someone who could sublet my room for 1 month this summer. You would not be on the contract (but the other housemates&owner are happy with it), and you would pay rent directly to me while I continue paying rent to the agency and the bills.

Room is on the top floor and is really big, with two large windows, 3 built-in wardrobes and a fireplace (that doesn't work unfortunately). Additional furniture is a double bed, bedside table and a chest of drawers. House has a lounge, a studio, a large kitchen/diner and back garden. You could also have access to my desk in the studio.

Rent is 625 pcm, everything included.

The other housemates are a 27 years old Italian guy who works in a creative agency and a 34 yo Welsh guy who works as a lawyer. We like to hang out, have a laugh, cook dinner and chill out with good music.

We're looking for someone who's friendly, easy-going, chilled and tidy. Don't mind a smoker but you'll probably be relegated to the kitchen with the window open.
