Looking for a sociable, considerate and tidy person to live with us in a two-bedroom flat from September..

We are a straight couple (a fitness instructor and a chef). Sociable, tidy, foodies and into keeping fit.

Your room: A furnished double bedroom, high ceiling, A minimum of 6 months, with option to extend to a year.

The flat: Bright and spacious.. Located in the second floor (there's no lift sadly). It has 2 bedrooms only, shared living room, a well equipped kitchen (washing, dryer, etc.) and one shared good size toilet/bathroom.

Superb transport links, 10 min to Brixton station by bus, 25 min to Oxford Circus. There are 24 hr. shops, banks and plenty of places of places to eat and drink and hang out within walking distance... new trendy Brixton area!

Preferred flatmate: A professional female (but open to consider guys if you tick the boxes) Sociable, considerate and trustworthy and, a non-smoker.

Numbers: Single occupancy only. £810 per calendar month paid in advance plus one-month deposit. Rent includes all the bills , Rent runs -and must be paid- every 1st day of month.

All arrangements are directly with us, no agency fees.
