2 rooms for let until 5th september (maybe longer)

Hi, I have two rooms available in my flat from now until the 5th September, small double at £500 and bigger double that has a king bed and triple wardrobe at £600, suitable for couple (£800). Ideal if you want extra time to find a home but need to move now :)

The flat is very homely and roomy and feels more like a house as it is split on three levels. We are a short distance away from Oval tube (Northern Line direct to the City, the West End and Clapham). There is wireless broadband, washing machine and space for a bike. You can see Big Ben's clock tower from the balcony and we are right next to Kennington Park.

The reason for the short let is that I am buying a similar flat a short distance away and moving out though I know the new owner is looking for lodgers and I will probably be looking for lodgers in my new place, at the very least I will be able to house you until you find a new place if you didn't want to come with :)
