Fully furnished double bedroom close to Oval tube

Hi. My name is Vikas. I'm a 33 year old professional male. I'm renting out my spare bedroom in oval. The flat is on the fourth floor of the block with a south facing balcony. It is about 5 minutes walk to Oval tube station as well as a number of bus routes going direct to Victoria, Paddington, Liverpool street, Waterloo, London Bridge etc. I'm looking for someone considerate and tidy (but i'm not obsessive about it), and because i travel a lot, someone that's going to look after the flat.

The room is fully furnished, including a king sized bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, and all in great condition (I've been told consistently the photos don't do it justice). Rent covers bills, and will cover a cleaner too. Short term lets and couples welcome, but rent will be higher. There is a 24hr gym across the road, and a park and tennis courts next door. And the flat is opposite a great pub too.
