There is also a little leafy garden, great during summer.

You will be sharing the flat with two females, down to earth professionals, British and Brazilian.

We also have 1 lovely cat.

The ideal flatmate/lodger would be a professional or highly motivated student, that wouldn't mind to have the flat quite quiet most of the time, but also would enjoy a glass of wine from time to time and spend some quality time during the summer in the little garden with special friends for a BBQ (even a mix veg one).
