About me......
I am a secondary school teacher looking for a female professional/ reliable student to share my home. I have a busy working week but am around more at the weekends. I am looking for someone who is looking for a home rather than just a room to hide away in! I have rented the spare room for several years and have been very lucky with the lovely housemates from all walks of life I have found so far. My current housemate has been with us for a year but is moving out in early July. I'm sure you will meet her if you come to view the room so she can vouch for what a lovely, relaxed and friendly household it is to live in!

I am a sociable person who often has friends round for dinner and BBQs in the large garden. However this is definitely not a party house. I like to keep the house clean and tidy but I'm not going to get upset if the washing up doesn't get done occasiionally!

About the house.......
shared living room and seperate dining room, newly decorated throughout, fitted kitchen and bathroom, large and well maintained rear garden, off street parking, broadband and sky TV, all bills included.

Transport....
10 mins walk to Catford/ Catford bridge mainline station with direct trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Cannon Street, Farringdon, Blackfriars, City Thameslink and many more! On the 'Waterlink Way' cycle path, 30 min cycle into the city (depending on how fast you are!). Local buses 2 mins walk which will take you to Sydenham, Crystal Palace, Lewisham, Forest Hill, Blackheath, Greenwich, Dulwich and many more!
