A large double room

Hi,

I have a large furnished room in a comfortable and clean house. The room has ensuite washbasin, bed, and good storage with built in wardrobes, a large and a small chest of drawers. There is a bathroom and upstairs and downstairs toilets.

The kitchen comes with a w/machine, F/F, dishwasher and microwave, there is also a tumble dryer, cutlery and crockery for use too.
You can eat, watch tv or socialise with friends in the lounge/dining room which opens onto the garden which is a great place to relax in on a sunny afternoon. There is a park 2 minutes walk away and also Beckenham Place Park is within walking distance too.

The house is in a residential road with unrestricted parking. There are good transport links into London, Lewisham and Bromley as Bellingham train station and Catford bus garage are about 10 mins walk away. There are local shops closeby as well as the ones in Catford town centre.

There is a maximum of 3 people living in the house. So I am looking for 1 more person to come and live here. Currently, there are 2 of us. I am employed by a charity that works in schools. The other person has been living in the house about a year and is a driving instructor.

The rent includes bills, council tax and broadband. The house would suit a non-smoking professional female.
