Hi!

A lovely light and warm double bedroom in a renovated large Victorian groundfloor flat with private garden is waiting for a clean, respectful and sociable professional person. Ultimately, we want the flat to provide comfort and feel like home for whoever moves in.

Currently occupied by two males, Mark and Phil, we are looking for someone who above all appreciates a relaxed and chilled living environment. Between us we are in to watching and playing sports, films, music, eating good food and drink and socialising in general. Neither of us are averse to sharing an evening in front of the box with a drink but equally value privacy and respect that of others.

Bedroom comes fully furnished with furniture (double bed/mattress, wardrobe, x2 chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and wall mirror) and a TV point. It includes share of kitchen and new bathroom with an awesome large shower plus access to a private garden. There's also some storage space for odds and sods in a large cupboard. Unlimited broadband and satellite TV (including Sky Sports) included.

Located between Catford and Hither Green, the flat is conveniently placed within walking distance to Hither Green, Catford Bridge and Catford rail stations (10-15mins walk) allowing good access to central London including London Bridge (just 11mins), Cannon Street, Blackfriars, St Pancras and Charing Cross, as well as Canary Wharf. Bus stop located within 50m givies direct access to the gastro hotspots of Blackheath and Crystal Palace with Greenwich also in proximity. Plenty of facilities in Catford including a large Tesco or a very large Sainsburys at Lower Sydenham some 10mins away on the bus. Mountfield Park just across the road gives some great views of London's skyline and presents a green, quiet area for chilling in the evenings/weekends.
