We're looking for a fun, young male to take a small double room in our lovely 4 bed house!
The house is a 5 minute walk to the nearest stations with lots of bus routes near by into the city. There's also ample parking and a garage.
The room is £375 PCM plus bills. The whole house has just been renovated and is furnished to a high standard.
The property is let and managed by Kushy Move. There will be a security deposit to pay and an admin fee of ã200 to add you to the tenancy and first months rent upfront.
We're all very easy going and love to socialise together- we're looking for someone like minded and tidy :)
