Hi. My name is Paul and I have a double bedroom available in a recently renovated house.

This house was a labour of love for me - I originally spent 2 years renovating it by myself - and a few months ago it was renovated again. It's very spacious and within easy reach of all amenities.

Perfect for commuters to central or southeastern London, the house includes state-of-the-art kitchen, cute medium-sized garden with decking area and patio and a comfortable living room with a big TV.

All bills (water, electricity, gas, TV licence and wifi) are included. The wifi is very fast fibre-optic so that everyone can stream at once. The only bill not included is council tax, currently £25 per month.

No fees - no referencing costs or other fees intended.
