The room benefits from having ample natural light as well as three choices of electric lighting and a very large mirror. In addition, this room also has a bay window.

Bedroom 2: Looks out onto the garden. Again the room benefits from having a selection of lighting but also good natural light too and a full length mirror.


Tenants Bathroom: Both tenants have the share of their own large fully tiled bathroom which is also newly refurbished/ decorated, an adjustable length mirror which also has the benefit of storage space.

Tenants Lounge: which is upstairs on the same level as bedrooms. Newly refurbished/decorated, TV, settee, chair and also has a large mirror.

BUS; 486 which is 2 second walk from the house will take you to North Greenwich station ( jubilee line) 8 minutes, it's by the O2I. It's one stop to Canary Wharf
15 minutes to Green Park.
380 bus takes you to Lewisham train station

SHOPS; 24hr Sainsbury
asda
iMax cinema
restaurants and local shops too.

NB the only items not inc in the bills are the dishwasher/washing machine( anti scale) tablets which come to around £3-4 every 2-3 months
