I'm due to move out of my room on the 20th November 2014, so I'm looking for someone to replace my tenancy from that point. As you can see from the photos, the room is of a comfortable size and features two built in cupboards, hard wood floor and large window!

The house also features a large fitted kitchen with shared lounge, two bathrooms (both with showers), a spare room for laundry, bike storage, or visiting friends and a landscaped garden. It is worth emphasising that this is a large house and there is ample space available to store your belongings.

In terms of location, the house benefits from a new local gym and a Sainsbury's and Tesco literally 2 minutes away. There is a large Waitrose about 5 minutes away. Greenwich with the excellent market and park is less than a 10 minutes walk along with the Cutty Sark DLR station. Deptford train station is a 5 min walk with trains taking 6 mins to London Bridge. There is also plenty of permit free parking available outside.

There are three existing flatmates; Andrew, Sinead and Vivien. All of whom are sociable, tidy, chilled and respectful with careers in accountancy, healthcare and consultancy. We are therefore looking for someone who can complement this arrangement.

The current tenancy agreement runs until 20th April 2015 and is often renewed every 12 months. There is an agency fee with Foxtons to amend the names in the agreement of £210.

The bills for the property are not included, but total around £110 p/m #Winteriscoming. This includes gas, electric, council tax, etc.

The room is furnished with a double bed and a set of drawers so you can move in right away.
