A Double Room in Brand New Development (Kidbrooke)

Hi,

We are looking for a flat mate for our 3 bed room flat in the new area called Kidbrooke Village.
We moved here around 2 years ago as first people to live in the apartment.

As one of us decided to move abroad we now have a great double room to rent for a young gay / gay friendly professional who is looking for a comfortable place to live.

The flat is in an apartment building in the brand new area of Kidbrooke Village.
It is situated 10min walk from the Kidbrooke Station which provides convenient connections to:
Lewisham (5min), London Bridge (15-20min) or
London Waterloo East, London Charing Cross, Cannon Street, Victoria (around 25-30min).
There is also a night bus stop 5min walk from the flat that goes to Trafalgar Square via Lewisham and London Bridge.

The area itself is very quiet and safe. We neighbour with Sutcliff Park and are a few stops away from Blackheath or Eltham, where you can find various shops, bars and restaurants and a fitness centre with swimming pool.
Next to the Kidbrooke Station there is also Sainsbury's (open 7 days a week till 11pm).

For the residents' comfort we have a parking space in a closed garage, residents' gym and a concierge open 24/7.

The flat itself is 2 years old and has everything one might need;
Sky TV, Playstation 3, home cinema with a 42in TV, Apple TV and broadband.
Kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.)
There are two bathrooms in a flat, balcony and a great dining area for dinners with friends.
The whole flat is over 1000 square ft.

The rent, which includes all bills, is paid monthly and is £650.
Apart from this we require £600 deposit and as we re obliged by the contract to have every new tenant go through the referencing process there is another £100 around for all the agency fees (the person however will be placed on contract and all bills)
For the right person we might be flexible with the deposit and might not require all of it straight away.

You would share the flat with two young professionals (30yo guy working in online marketing and 28yo girl working in events). We are pretty chilled, relaxed but do work hard hence we do not really throw massive parties in the flat but rather go out during the weekends. We do have friends over from time to time (very rarely staying overnight) mostly for dinners, drinks or movies in the evenings.

We are looking for gay / gay friendly professional around our age who has similarly busy life style and who would appreciate pretty relaxed and chilled home environment.
