The property has allocated private off street parking or there is a bus stop across the road, buses take less than 5 minutes to New Eltham or Eltham stations, alternatively its approximately a 15-20 min walk should you prefer and only 20 mins by train to London Bridge.

The flat is located just off Eltham High Street with great access to restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarket, leisure centre with a further resturants and new cinema currently being built. The O2 is also a 10 min drive away or 20mins by bus.

A bit about me: Originally from Oxford I moved to London 9 years ago, I work in finance and when not working I like to relax with a good film or tv show. I enjoy all types of music and am a regular cinema goer, I enjoy eating out, going for drinks the usual really.
I'm easy going, friendly and extremely clean.

I've lived in the flat now for over 5yrs so its home, I am looking to share with someone who is friendly enjoys a good film and glass of wine but who is also clean and considerate.

The room is available from the beginning of March but earlier dates could be available.
