House:

2 bedroom terraced house to be shared with just one other (the owner).
Fitted out kitchen with real oak worktops and tiled floors with a lovely barn style back door . There is an oven, built in fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as a toaster, microwave etc.
Dining room with table and chairs for 6.
Large living room with 2 sofas, fireplace and very large plasma TV.
Good size bathroom with large mirror, toilet, sink, heated towel rail and free standing cast-iron bathtub. (please note, there is a shower hose in the bath tub but not a stand up shower due to the bath being free-standing)
I have a pretty big garden which has a patio at the top and the bottom with wrought iron seats and tables (I have wooden ones too but they are folded away unless I have a BBQ or something). I like to keep the garden looking nice throughout the year as I enjoy gardening. I also like to have flowers at the front of the house all-year round).
There is (free) parking in the road opposite or further up the road.
Smoking permitted outside (in the back garden only). No pets please.

About me and who I’m looking for:

I am a middle aged lady with one grown up daughter whom I am very close to who has recently moved out. I work part time currently but may be looking for full time work soon. I enjoy baking, cooking, gardening, DIY, reading, listening to music and watching a good film with a glass (or 2) of wine. I am easy going, friendly and clean (I’m not OCD but would like someone who is also clean and considerate, I am also happy for you to have friends over). I am looking for someone like minded, I really love my home and am looking to share with someone who can make it their own and feel at home too, someone who is friendly and would like to enjoy good food and glass of wine occasionally. I am happy to consider both men and women of any age. I'm also regularly away from Friday night to Monday morning as I frequently spend weekends in Reigate.

Preferably longer term intentions but happy to agree break clauses and reassess from there. Available from 10 November 2014. 1 month deposit required.
