Clean, well maintained house, sharing with relaxed and respectful flatmates. You need to be similar and either working or a student. No problem if you prefer to just spend time in your room either. Rural views from the back of the house and green spaces nearby.

The room has built in shelves, a clothes rail, double bed, desk, table, kitchenette with 2 hobs, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven. Quality mattress and bed. Several cupboards.

5 minutes to Eltham High Street with lots of shops (M&S, Sainsbury's etc.)
15 minutes to Eltham station with trains to:
Central London in 20/25 mins
Lewisham in 10 mins - for DLR
Greenwich/Canary Wharf/Bank
Frequent buses to Bromley, Bexleyheath, Woolwich and Lewisham
