Amazing Flat in Wandsworth Common

Hiya,

There is a fantastic room becoming available in this gorgeous flat towards the end of September.

I have lived here myself for 2 years and have loved every minute of it. The only reason I'm leaving is to move in with my boyfriend...otherwise I would definitely be staying!

About the flat....

It is a 4 double bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms, living room and separate kitchen. There is access to a shared garden but to be honest we rarely ever use it as the flat is literally seconds away from Wandsworth Common. It is a stunning flat and so homely!

The room comes unfurnished but has huge fitted wardrobes and if necessary, we may be able to come to some kind of agreement with the bed if you really need one, but this is yet to be confirmed as I may need to take it with me.

Transport....

- Wandsworth Common station is a 3 min walk away and takes you straight to Victoria. The trains come every 10 mins, stopping at Clapham Junction and Battersea Park.
- Balham tube station is only a 10 min walk.
- 319 bus goes to Sloane Square via Clapham Junction, again every 5-10 mins.
- G1 goes to Clapham South tube
All bus stops are less than a 1 min walk away from the flat.

Near by....

- Sainsburys local is seconds away
- Pubs and Bars also right on our door step ( Brinkleys wine bar, The Hope, The Althorp)
- Northcote Road and all the amazing restaurants, bars and shops is also just a 10-15 min walk away

The girls you'll be living with...

Jen, Kelly and Vanessa. They are all really friendly and fun and love going out for nights out and cooking dinner together but they also have there own separate friends to socialise with too. They are all professionals working in the city.
