Super King - Holland Park - End Terrace

We have a three story end terrace in Holland Park that currently has one room free. It's a sweet pad that's 3min walk from Shepherds Bush Station or 7min from Holland Park. Very relaxed house where everyone is professional and has something interesting to offer. Has two living spaces and a garden. Currently a Kiwi finance guy and Bahamian Management Consultant, and British Investment Banker living here - both of us have been here a while. We're fairly social and try (fail) to win the local pub quiz when we're all in town.

Three rooms in the house share the master bathroom and one room has an ensuite. So not too many people trying to use one bathroom.

We're lucky that the house has heaps of storage and even a loft for mates to stay over in if they've had one too many. The garden is super sweet in summer with floor to ceiling bi-folding doors that open onto it from the conservatory.

Also if you have a car the RBKC parking permit is one of the best to have.

Overall bills are around £90/month + £25/month for a weekly cleaner, as who wants to deal with scrubbing the shower/toilet....

Over all the house has:
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine (not in kitchen!)
- Tumble Dryer
- 2 x bathrooms

- General awesomeness
