I’m on the look for a new flatmate as sadly my last lodger moved back to New Zealand just before Christmas.
Ideally, I'd like to find someone to move in throughout January, if not the start of February and am open to viewings for the spare room.

The double bedroom available is spacious & fully furnished in a 2 bedroom flat. Split over two levels, with a cozy lounge & sun drenched kitchen and south facing balcony.
Sharing the space between 2, there's a great deal of space and privacy as the bedrooms are completely separate to living areas.

I've had the luck of wonderful flatmates so far and it's important for me to find someone right to share my home with.

Living so close to the centre of town, with the convenience of only 2mins walk from Westbourne Park Station
(Hammersmith & City/Circle),
5mins from the famous Portobello Market.
With bus connections 28/31/328,
you can also be in Notting Hill Gate within 10mins with Central line connections.

Regents Canal is also accessible, only 8mins walking distance around the corner.

For car owners, you can apply for Westminster residents parking permits which allows you to park in designated areas throughout City of Westminster.

For bike owners, there are secure facilities at the back of the building with security cameras.

All bills included;
heating/water/gas, building service charge, broadband/landline/tv licence.
Fortnightly cleaner.

References required.
Minimum 4 month contract.
