Central London - Marylebone / Fitzrovia Mews House

Hey!

We are 4 professionals looking for a 5th to join our mews home in Marylebone.

About us:
3 males, 30 (English), 28 (American), 28 (American) and 1 female 25 (German). We all work in different industries...law, finance, media, and consulting and have all been in London for varying amounts of time ranging from 2 years to 10 years. Although we are all quite busy with our own working and social lives, we are good friends and courteous flatmates, who get along very well and are often out with each other on the weekend.

About the house:
The house is on a quiet Mews street (with its open Mews pub) and is massive for Central London, topping out at 2, 300 sq/ft (214 sq/m). The ground floor reception room is enormous as is the kitchen. The upstairs has a second reception room which opens onto a large outdoor terrace (the pictures of both the terrace and really the size of the house do not do it justice. When the sun is out we bring out pillows and blankets for the benches, have an outdoor heater and canopies). The house is a 5 minute walk from Oxford Circus tube, Great Portland Street tube and Regents Park tube, which in all covers makes getting around very easy.

About the room:
The room is a double room and comes fully furnished. There is an en suite bathroom in the room, which is the largest bathroom in the house. The room also has its own door to the terrace.

About the area:
The house is located on the western side of Marylebone High Street, just off Portland Place. The high street has great shopping, bars, restaurants and the like. We are just a short 5 minutes's walk to Regent's Park and equally just as close walking to Soho.

We are looking for a female flatmate to keep the balance in the house. Preferably someone who is outgoing and courteous of others. While there are 5 of us in total, the house is so large and each of us have such different schedules that everyone has a great deal of privacy (and their own bathrooms).

Have to say, the size and location of this flat are very hard to match and it is a place that really needs to be seen to get the full feel.
