The flat is 1300 sq foot, split on two levels, on the top two floors and corner of a Georgian terrace house. Wood floors throughout. Lower floor consists of huge open plan living and dining room and kitchen.

2nd floor has the two bedrooms and a walk in wet room./toilet

The room for rent is 15ft at the front of the house- it has its own freestanding bath.

Fantastic location with Kings Cross being a stones throw away - around 10mins to Faringdon, Holborn, Russell square, Chancery Lane, to name a few. Exmouth Market is a 4 minute walk. You really are in the middle of everything.

I am looking to find someone likeminded who is clean and respectful. Im looking for someone who wants to live in a great place and appreciates it. This is not a party place, but my home and I want someone to feel comfortable within it.

If you commute and work in Central London/the city this really is ideal due to its location.

Price is inclusive of all bills.
