The available room is in an amazing n/s two bedroom/two bathroom flat just 15 metres from Leicester Square tube station on Charing Cross Road.
It's on the third floor of a much sought-after mansion building, and over-looks St Martin's Lane (the main entrance is on Charing Cross Road, but there is also an exit on to St Martin's Lane too) so there is surprisingly little noise.
The double bedroom is huge - 4.5 metres by 4 metres (14.5ft x 13ft) approximately - and it also has some wonderful high ceilings. There are two wardrobes and three 5-drawer chests of drawers, so there's plenty of storage space.
My room has an en suite shower room so you would, if interested in moving in, have sole use of the toilet which is just outside the bedroom door (two or three steps, so almost en suite!), and of the main bathroom, which also has a shower connection in the bath, attached to the wall.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave and all the usual stuff, and I also have a cleaner who comes once a week - she even does the ironing, so if you don't like ironing, Nina can take care of it for you :-)
There is wireless broadband, Sky+ TV and the building also has an over-night security guard.
I'm happy to accept short-term of a minimum of two months, and Monday to Friday lets.
