The room has its own food cupboard in the kitchen and its own bathroom cabinet. There is an additional downstairs toilet/sink. One of the rooms at the top of the house has its own bathroom. Dishwasher & washing machine and all other necessary appliances in the kitchen which opens to the garden.
Fast broadband, council tax, tv licence and all utility bills are included so there are no extras to pay.
The house is warm, clean and quiet as we prefer to keep our socialising outside the house.
I am looking for a room mate who is a mature, busy professional as we are. Chatsworth Road, brilliant high street open late, is just around the corner and if you are not into cycling (bike racks in the front garden) you won't be let down by the proximity of first class public transport.
