Bright private room - Lower Clapton

Hi!
We are two Italian friends sharing the apartment and we occasionally rent one of the two bedrooms of the flat for short period (min one night, max 1 month). The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian house located in the middle of the most exciting neighborhood of Hackney in the cool North East London area.

About us: we are fun, friendly, easy to live with (or so we've been told), clean, tidy and respectful of personal space. We have independent lives but also like to socialize if you want to.

About the flat:
- 2 bedrooms (the bedroom on rent has some privacy, being the only room on the second floor)
- 1 large living room
- 1 kitchen (with gas cooker and washing machine)
- 1 bathroom
- wi-fi (Virgin Media)

Prices (including expenses, excluding cleaning fee which depends on stay):
- 1 night: £30 one person, £40 couple
- 1 week: £ 200 one person, £250 couple
- 1 month: £750 one person, £900 couple

About transport:
- 1 minute walking distance from busses n. 38, 48, 55, 56, 106, 253, 254, 425, 488, N38, N55 and N253
- 10/15 minutes walking distance, or 5 minutes by bus, from Hackney Central (Overground), Hackney Downs (Overground and Rail Station), Rectory Road (Rail Station) and Clapton (Rail Station)
- 15/20 minutes by bus from Manor House (Piccadilly line) and Finsbury Park (Piccadilly and Victoria line)

About our “up-and-coming” neighborhood:
- Lower Clapton is growing as a trendy area vitalized by parks, cafes, restaurants, pubs and weekend markets
- 20 minutes walking distance or 10 minutes by bus from the vibrant London Fields area (park, Broadway market, Regent’s Canal), the wonderful Hackney Marshes (an area of grassland on the western bank of the River Lea) and the exciting Dalston nightlife!
