Double room in Lower Clapton / Hackney Central.

The room is in a new converted house on the ground floor. We have two bathrooms so you'll only have to share with one other. Large terrace at the back of the flat (with equally large bbq!). All bills are included, this includes a cleaner every two weeks and good broadband. My crap photo's do not do it justice.

2 clean & tidy, laid back, young guys in the flat, looking for the same - we both work fairly long hours so you will have the place to yourself much of the time. Asides from work we share the occasional beer and bbq with mates, small vinyl collection and maybe some bad TV. Current flatmates both work in the restaurant trade so we cook very little at home I'm afraid! The pizza shop over the road is too good. We're looking for a similar laid back guy who will look after the flat and maybe have a drink with us now and then! The rooms are big enough to get your own privacy and it's a great, comfortable flat.

This part of Hackney is rapidly becoming very trendy, with bars, coffee shops and great restaurants popping up all the time. Approx 5/6 minute walk to Hackney Central for overground and parks all around or 10 minute bus ride to Bethnal Green for Central line.

Room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe & a desk - flexible.

Min 6 month let, sorry no couples.
