The flat has 2 double bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with ensuite kitchen. Its literally 2 minutes walk from the tube, which if you are a girl, like me, is perfect from a safety point of view. Its in a very residential area. It has high ceilings so you get lots of light. Its a non-smoking flat and always has been. The flat comes furnished with bed's and wardrobes and kitchen ware. The rental excludes bills and any media (TV, internet, etc.). I've lived in the area for 10 years and its very peaceful and lovely. Its a short walk to the Warrington Pub and Little Venice is 5 minutes down the road. I'd like to find 2 tennants who are looking to remain in the flat for some time and who will look after the flat.
