Double room & seperate office with free parking

On the 2nd May 2014 my boyfriend and I are moving in to a lovely two story mews house on a cobbled street with free parking and good neighbours who look out for each other (we currently live on the same street in another flat). There are two double rooms and a single room which you are welcome to use as your own office/studio space. We are a couple of musicians (28 and 38) and are sociable but with plenty of consideration for privacy. Our ideal flat mate would be someone who appreciates creativity with a good sense of humour.

The flat: A high-ceiling terrace mews house with small corridor to an open plan living room and kitchen, to the left is a toilet/utilities room. A nice open stairway takes you to the upper floor with two large double bedrooms, full modern white bathroom and single room/work space. Although the flat is modern there are nice character touches such as the large sky windows above the staircase. It's so peaceful on a morning when you wake up, with absolutely no traffic noise, bliss!

Transport: Excellent bus/night bus links, Bakerloo line (Queens Park and Kilburn Park) a few mins stroll away, Hamm and City line (Westbourne Park) a ten min walk away, Kensal Rise/Brondesbury Park Overground 20 min walk away.

Ideally we'd like a single tenant who can afford the rent/bills themselves but couples are also welcome to apply. Please get in touch with a bit about yourself and we'll arrange a viewing right away...

Rent: £1100pm

There is free parking all along the mews which is for residents.

Bills: split equally (we will have a house joint account)

The contract will be for an initial 6 months but can be renewed at no extra cost.
