Large en-suite room in spacious house

Hi there,

We have a spacious room with en-suite available in a private gated mews in Maida Vale, just northwest of central London and with good transportation links to many locations. It's the largest room at the top of the house, with lots of space.

Currently there are 3 of us in the house: a girl working in events from Australia, an English girl who works as a civil engineer, and another girl from New Zealand who works as a a teacher. We’re easy-going, friendly, busy but generally keep pretty regular working hours, and are looking for a housemate along the same lines - a friendly, down to earth and tidy(ish) non-smoker in their late twenties/early thirties who is looking for a home, rather than just a place to live (excuse the cliche).

The house is great! It’s located in a quiet & safe area and has three floors with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, central heating, Sky TV and wireless broadband. The second floor is the communal floor with a spacious, comfortable lounge with a large dining table, and a sizeable separate kitchen with all the amenities including dishwasher and washing machine. Two bedrooms are on both the ground and third floors. We also have our own carport as well as the Mews parking area with a secure gate for off-street parking.

The room available is a great spot and very good value. It is located on the third floor and features wooden flooring, excellent natural daylight, a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, floor to ceiling mirrors and a desk & chair. The room’s private en-suite is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The house is conveniently located close to public transport and shopping facilities. It is a 5 minute walk from Maida Vale and Kilburn Park tube stations, both on the Bakerloo line, and a 3 minute walk from the Kilburn High Road Overland.

A 1 minute walk to the bus stop for buses 16 (Victoria), 98 (central London), 332 (Paddington) and a few minutes walk away is the stop for buses 328, 31, 316 206, 32, 189.

By bus Notting Hill is 15 mins and Camden 20 mins. Close to the house is Kilburn High Road where there are Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Primark and lots of other high street shops.

The room is available on 2nd March 2015. 6 weeks rent deposit and 1 month rent in advance are required.

Bills are not included and amount to approximately £90 per month.
