It has new floors, walls, double bed and shelving. Good sized wardrobe with shelves, additional chest of drawers and large seagrass chest.

The room is to the rear of the property, nice and quiet.

The main appeal of this flat is the location, literally 3 min walk from Marylebone and Baker Street just off Dorset Square, its unbeatable! Local amenities include Baker Street, Oxford Street, Marylebone High Street and the West End.

Although there is no communal living room the flat has a good amount of communal space, with a 4 seater dining table available to all to use (very usable for entertaining!), fully stocked kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet.

Currently we are 3 young professionals, working in Law & Finance.

We are very chilled out, and rarely are we all in at the same time given the hectic lifestyles we've let ourselves in for!

It's honestly amazing how rarely we see each other! The guy who's leaving is a PhD student and a late starter and that works really well. We also have a small dog who makes no noise and is supremely well trained, so dog for lovers are always welcome!

The flat is located 6 min walk from Regents Park and London Business School, and a short walk from Marylebone High Street and Oxford Street.
