12-24 months minimum stay, but long term prioritised.

Looking for a professional woman (or mature female PhD student who keeps regular working hours at the university) who is easy-going, tidy, and respectful, and who cleans up after herself and treats the space like her own home.

Someone who is safety-conscious and responsible/communicative and who wouldn’t mind watering a few plants!

You will be sharing with another female who is similarly considerate, open-minded, and well-travelled.

Please note that there is no sitting room but a shared area in the very large kitchen/dining room.

Great for someone who is looking for a cosy furnished place to move into immediately.

Ideal for a calm person who likes to read and watch things at home, and is looking to stay for a couple of years.

It is a peaceful flat so is not suitable for parties or overnight guests. Single occupancy only.

*Room is very clean and has a bed, bedside table, desk, chairs, wardrobe, and large bookcases.

*Large kitchen with dining area and everything needed to cook (NB. No frying or heating oil and butter - we don't have an extractor hood).
