Hi we have a good size single room to rent in a 3 bedroom flat. It's a very good location close to regents park and many tube stations and amenities. The room offers good privacy and convenience as is away from main living area of the flat. It is a family household, but We are not always at home except some evening times.
The location is a 1 minute walk from Marylebone tube station. Ideally we would like a nice professional female who will have no overnight visitors. Rent payable 1 month in advance, with 6 weeks deposit all bills included with 1 months notice to vacate. Shared use of kitchen and bathroom facilities all clean modern and good.
