Gorgeous flat off marylebone high street. Across the road from the ginger pig.

It's the perfect location. Lots of bars and shops and a five minute walk to bond street.

The flat is on the top floor and the room is a small double. The flat has a large kitchen and nice lounge room. It's peaceful and quiet at night as the room faces the courtyard.

You'll be sharing with two Irish girls. It's not a party flat and we all work hard during the week and like to come home and watch TV and catch up over a glass of wine. We all look after the flat and love the location.

I am only leaving as moving in with my boyfriend.

The room is available from the end of Nov and the rent is £860 plus around £100 for bills.

We are looking for a professional girl who wants a home.
