I'm a designer working for an arts institution in west London. I've lived in town for 15 years but i'm originally from Sussex, near Brighton. I like art, design, travel, cycling, yoga, reading and I'm currently trying to keep some plants alive on the balcony! I love cats. I think i'm easy going, considerate and friendly.

I'm looking for a relaxed, easy going professional to move in from 1st August 2016 for a long term let.

The flat is situated in a new development just off off St Paul's Way, Mile End is the nearest Tube (Central, District & Circle, Hammersmith) and Devon's Road DLR, within walking distance to the Regent's canal and Victoria Park. Bus routes 277, 25, D6 and D7 are nearby.

The room is available from 1st August when my current flatmate leaves to relocate to Cyprus. I'm related to the owner and manage the tenancy so you'd be dealing with me directly so its real easy, I just have to find someone I'm happy sharing with.

Rent is £900 PCM including ALL bills which at the moment per month average £25 for water, £55 council tax, £20 Elec and £30 for Broadband each. One months security deposit required.
