Lovely Mile End house - short-term / flexible let

We have a double room available in Mile End from 1st October. It's a really lovely 4 bedroom Victorian house, 5 mins from Mile End tube (zone 2, Central, District and Hammersmith and City lines), backs onto a park and has good value rent. We're ideally looking for someone for the short term (1-3 months), but there is a possibility that this could be flexible.

The house has a big kitchen with a separate dining table and French doors opening onto a pretty garden; a spacious living room; and a modern shared bathroom. The place has all the mod cons (wifi, dishwasher, washer-dryer, big basement for storing stuff). You'd be joining great existing housemates – two girls and one guy, working in the third sector and in book publishing. We're ideally looking for young professionals of a similar age (late 20s / early 30s).

The price of the room is £560 a month / £129 a week. Bills are separate and come to £95 a month – covering gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet, Sky tv and a bi-weekly cleaner.

The house is a 10 min walk to Victoria Park, the canal is next to the house, and it's perfect for going out in Shoreditch/Dalston/Hackney Wick.
