Small Double Room available available in a large 4-bedroom semi detached townhouse in Clinton Road, Mile End. We are three young professionals; two girls and a boy, aged between 27 & 31, and we’re looking for a fourth room-mate to join us in our lovely home. The room comes furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe and shelving and has it’s own loft space. We have a shared living space, and while we tend to socialise together, the house is big enough that we can all have our own space if necessary.

The house is ideally situated only minutes away Victoria Park, Regents Canal and Mile End tube station, as well being well positioned conveniently for several major (and minor) bus routes. There are also some great pubs nearby, as well as convenient stores and a variety of restaurants and takeaway food options, all within a stones throw.

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a kind, friendly and sociable person, who is roughly the same age as us. Preferably you would have lived in shared accommodation before and are respectful towards your housemates. We don’t operate any kind of cleaning schedule, but we all tend to do our bit to help keep the shared living space looking tidy, and we’re hoping for someone whose always happy to chip in as well. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who'll come for a pint with us in the evenings and become a new addition to the family.

Rent for the room is £555 pcm. The landlord asks for a £500 deposit and a months rent upfront. Bills are an additional £80 pcm (which includes Wifi and access to Netflix).

There is street parking outside the house, but you’d need to get a permit from Tower Hamlets council (none of us in the house drive, which should make getting one easier if you need one)
