Large bright, airy double room available in a spacious 3 bed flat in Bow/ Mile End.

Great location - close to Victoria and Mile End Parks with a good selection of pubs nearby along with shops and other amenities. Well connected - 7 minutes walk to Mile End tube and plenty of busses. A short hop to the city or Canary Wharf.

The flat is modern, clean flat in a 4 storey block and we have invested in it to really make it feel like a home. It has a large lounge and diner, separate kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.

You would be sharing with a male housemate and a female live in land lady who are professionals in their late 20s who work in accountancy and medical research and have a range of interests including Sport, Cooking and Pottery. We are certainly not adverse to a few pints and although hangovers aren't uncommon, the days of mid week partying are behind us.

We would ideally like a professional in their late 20s/ early 30s to join us.

It could be offered as either a short term lease for 3 months or a long term lease.
