Beautiful house in beautiful Bow!

Hello!

We are currently 2 boys and 2 girls, all professionals, but sadly one of the boys has to move out, so we're looking for another friendly face to fill his room! Ideally we'd like a boy so we don't get overrun with hormones, but we're open to a superfun girl if she's a good fit!

We live on a quiet leafy street just off Roman Road, which has all the amenities you could wish for, including an excellent little coffee shop less than a minute's walk from the house. It also has a regular bus service into Shoreditch (about 10 mins) and onto central London, which runs at night too. The house is a 5 minute walk from the gorgeous Victoria Park and Victoria Park village with lots of lovely bars and restaurants. It's a 10 minute walk from Mile End tube, which is on the Central, Hammersmith and City and District lines.

So the house itself… We've got a dining room and a sitting room where we spend a lot of time socialising… we'd like a housemate we get on with, who would want to chill/come out with us, as well as feel free to bring their pals over! Everything in the kitchen is really good quality, including a dishwasher and tumble drier. The shower is awesome! And we have a beautiful roll top bath. The garden has recently been landscaped, just in time for winter (!), but is a great space with lots of sun - when it comes back.

The landlady is lovely and will pretty much sort out anything you want at the drop of a text. Bills come to about £70 per month each for everything including internet (although that might go up a tad over winter).
