Huge Double Room In Newly Renovated House

Hi everyone,

me and a good friend are moving into a great house in east London. Its a really nice victorian house with 4 bedrooms, really big kitchen that easily fits a big dining table, huge bathroom, garden and basement. So there are still 2 bedrooms to fill and we are looking for 2 great new roomates and are really excited to move into this amazing house. It is currently beeing renovated and there will be new carpets and brand new kitchen equipment like fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Renovations are going on until the 18th of September and viewings will start on the 19th and you could move in the next day.

The house is located 5 min walking distance from mile end station which is on the central, district and hammersmith line so its super well connected and just 10 min from victoria park.

We are both 25 and doing our MA in fashion at the Royal College of Art and Central Saint Martins College. Usually we are quite busy with uni stuff as it is our final year but we still like to cook and hang out at home and want to make this house a comfy and relaxed environment for everyone.

There are two bedrooms upstairs that are still free. The first one is the best of the house. As you can see on the pictures it is huge and really bright with 2 big windows and a fireplace.

The other one is smaller but still easily fits a double bed and also has a really big window. Please note that the small room is only available for 3 months as our friend will be joining us in January.

Price for the big room: 750 including bills
Price for the small room: 650 including bills

Deposit for the big room is 750 for the big room and 500 for the small one and there are no agency fees or anything.
