Large double room available from 1 July

Sadly our existing flatmate is moving onto pastures new to begin her life by the sea.

We are looking for a friendly, considerate, professional FEMALE (sorry no guys!) housemate to move into our cosy three bedroom flat in Mile End. (Sorry no couples either)

The flat itself is located on a pretty residential street, no more than 5 minute walk to both Mile End and Bow Road stations. We are next door to a pub (very handy!) but rarely get disturbed as the windows are all double glazed. We also have a tried and tested delicious Chinese takeaway over the road and Tesco Express is at the end of our street.

The room available is an impressive double room and comes with 2 large built in wardrobes, desk, bookcase, chest of drawers and a double bed. It is extremely light, spacious and very good value for money.

The flat doesn't have a living room but we tend to catch up over a glass of wine / dinner in the kitchen or the pub downstairs.

Current House:
SJ is 25, works for a non profit organisation in Canary Wharf. Spends a fair amount of time out and about during the week but enjoys a quiet night in front of the box with a glass of wine from time to time.

H (yes, we both have letters for names, but don't worry it isn't a requirement!) 30, EA to Director at an Art Gallery. Loves gigs, festivals and when possible making the most of my spare time!

We both work 9-5 (so basically 2 busy professionals) and have our own social lives but get on well and enjoy catching up over dinner or a weekend greasy fry up.

We are friendly and considerate of each other so looking for a third like minded, laid back but tidy girl to move into our humble abode.

Please note we are not looking for someone who leaves the empty loo roll tubes on the holder, leaves bins overflowing or dishes in the sink. We are looking for someone respectful of the space we share.

Boring stuff: Rent as stated. Deposit is one month's rent which you get back at the end when a new person comes in. Bills come to around 55/65 a month (water, council tax, broadband, TV licence and Netflix) then we split the gas and electric quarterly as it comes through - works out to be roughly £40 per month for each of us.

As we want someone in the next 2 weeks we will be doing viewings next week w/c 22 June (poss Mon, Wed, Fri) so do let me know your availability for ALL of those days so we can let you know what we can do.
