2 Double bedrooms in 3 bedroom flat in Mile End

Hi All,

Unfortunately I will be leaving London to go back to Germany, so I am now searching for someone to replace me in my room in Mile End, by 22/07 but earlier dates possible.
And a month later (15/08) there will be another free room in flat, in case 2 people are looking for a place together :)

The flat is a really nice, cosy and relatively recently renovated 3-bedroom apartment with massive storage spaces and bike storage to share with 2 lovely people (one guy (moving out in August), one girl).

The room itself is not the biggest, but comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a shelf and lots of storage space under the bed.
From the window you can see Canary Wharf (just 10mins or less by bus and bike, 25mins walk) and there is a big leisure centre (with swimming pool) just across the road.

Victoria Park, Brick Lane, Shoreditch, Roman Road, Cinemas and Grocery shops are all in a 0-10 mins cycle/bus radius, making this a really great area to live in.
Should you need to go a bit further, Mile End tube station has great connections. The station is less than 5 mins walk down the road and serves the Central, District and Hammersmith and City lines. There are a few night busses (25, N205, 277) going to Mile End or almost directly to the house, as well.
If you need DLR access, it's just a 15mins walk to Westferry, Devons Road, or Bow Church, where of course, you will also find more bus connections, too.

Your future flatmates (Evonne and Can) are both working professionals in their late 20's-early 30's, who are mostly busy with their jobs, but are also very clean, friendly and considerate tenants.

Now in terms of logistics: the contract for the flat runs out in August (15th), but we would like someone who is open to resigning the contract then.

Rent: £580 per month
Bills (Internet, Gas & Electricity, Council Tax): £50-£70 per month
Deposit (to be paid to me): £803

There will be an agency fee to sign over the name, as well.
