Rent includes all bills which are about 100 pounds per month based on current consumption.

TRANSPORT LINKs 

In terms of connections, the flat is at walking distance from Stepney Green tube station (7 minutes) where you can find the District and H&C lines, Mile End (10 minutes) with the Central line, and Limehouse with the DLR to Canary Wharf and London City airport. While Stansted airport can be easily reached by National Express coaches.

Finally, the building has a bicycle storage, if you want to keep your bike safe.

AMENITIES 
If you like walking, the flower market in Columbia Road or the fresh food market in Whapping are nice Sunday strolls. There is also a farmer's market nearby if you are into organic food. Otherwise Tesco, Sainsbury's and the Co-op are all very close.

Doctor and gym are 5 minutes away, so you will not have excuses not to go... :-)

THE ROOM

The room comes with a queen double bed, desk, shelves, chest of drawers and wardrobe, plus there is plenty of storage in the built-in drawers under the bed. All furniture is new, as I moved in one year ago.

MYSELF

A bit about myself.. I am in my early 30s and work as a management consultant. I am Italian and travel to Italy every now and then. In my spare time I like going out for drinks and dinners, but also cycling around canals in east London. I also like skating as well as cooking and baking and at times I organise dinner parties with my friends at home.

FLATMATE 

My ideal flatmate is a young professional (possibly a girl) with who to have a chat and a laugh when I get home after work. So in other words someone sociable who can feel at home. Of course that person should be tidy and respectful of others.
